Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Andreevich Polyakov (INN 366230167072, OGRNIP 317366800113059), hereinafter — the Contractor, and contains all the essential terms for the provision of access to the paid functionality of the Birdbook service (hereinafter — the Service), hosted at https://birdbook.online/.

Payment of a subscription in the Service shall constitute acceptance of this offer. From the moment of acceptance, the User and the Contractor are deemed to have entered into an agreement on the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor provides the User with paid access to the extended functionality of the Service (hereinafter — Premium) on subscription terms, and the User undertakes to pay for the subscription in the manner and on the terms established by this offer.

The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Cost and Payment Procedure

The cost of the subscription is indicated on the /premium page. Payment is made by bank card through the payment gateway of T-Bank JSC. During payment, the User is redirected to the bank's secure page where they enter their card details. The Contractor does not receive or store bank card data.

4. Automatic Subscription Renewal (Recurring Payments)

By paying for the subscription, the User consents to the automatic periodic debiting of the subscription cost from the linked bank card in the amount corresponding to the selected plan (monthly or annually).

The debit is made automatically on the date the current paid period ends (or 1–3 days before it) without additional notice. The debited amount corresponds to the subscription price in effect at the moment of the debit.

The User has the right to opt out of automatic renewal at any time via Settings → Subscription Management → Cancel Subscription. After cancellation of auto-renewal, access to Premium is retained until the end of the last paid period.

5. Refunds

No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription period, except in cases established by the laws of the Russian Federation. Claims should be sent to admin@birdbook.online.

6. Liability of the Parties

The parties bear liability for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this offer in accordance with the current laws of the Russian Federation.
